  • Rentals

    Heritage Park Museum is available for Community Event/Program rentals and certain short, private events; such as birthday parties and family reunions. Please note that in order to prioritize public access to our site, site rentals during the Summer Season is very limited. Events accepted will be based on staff availability and event type. The rental cost will also be dependent on factors such as event type, community benefits, hosted by a non-profit, size, etc.

    For small private bookings, such as photography sessions, Heritage Park Museum charges by the hour at $100/ hour. Appointments can be made by phone or by email, and are subject to staff availability.

  • Weddings

    To minimize Museum closures and limitations to the public’s access to the site, the Museum will only be available to book for wedding ceremonies on Saturdays between September 1-October 31 and March 1-May 31.

    The cost of renting the Museum for a wedding ceremony is $600, which includes a four-hour rental time for the ceremony, rehearsal time between 1:00pm-5:00pm the day before, and the use of any tables, benches or chairs. Due to limited staff, we are unable to provide the service of setting up or taking down materials for ceremonies, that responsibility will lie with the renting group.

    Most wedding ceremonies take place outside at Heritage Park, with the Dance Hall also being available for indoor ceremonies, and which seats approximately 50 people. Please contact the Curator at curator@heritageparkmuseum.com with any booking enquiries or questions.
