13 June: Growing and Processing Herbs by Judy Walker

Judy Walker has been gardening most of her life with 25 years of it in Jack Pine Flats.  She has been teaching children how to garden in schools since 2009.  With the help of friends, she has put together ‘Judy Walker’s Gardening Guide’ for the Terrace area. Judy will talk about growing and Processing Herbs – for culinary and medicinal use, choosing thyme, Greek oregano, and stevia as prime examples of both.
