The site features a number of interesting, early buildings including eight authentic log structures, an artifact-storage shed (open to the public), a wagon garage, a miniature replica school house and an organic Heritage Garden. Together they offer a rare glimpse into the social and economic life of Terrace in the early years of the last century.
Costumed guides offer tours three times a day during peak-season months. Self-guided tours (using our informative site brochure as your guide) are another option for visitors to the park. In either case, museum-goers are encouraged to roam the grounds at their leisure.
The museum is actively involved with a variety of annual events that are sure to please local and out-of-town visitors alike. Check the schedule of events for details.
